Occupancy permit obtained! Technical inspections by Clients are already underway at the investment site, and we are finalizing the last cleanup works.

Paving works on the investment site have been completed. Water and sewage installations as well as plastering have been completed inside the buildings. Preparations for floor screeding have begun.

Work on the exterior facade has begun following the completion of the styrofoam insulation installation. Partition walls and electrical installations have already been completed inside the buildings.

Houses in Phase V have been handed over to the buyers. Finishing works are currently underway.

Windows have been installed in all buildings. Roof structures and their metal tile roofing have been completed.

Construction works on Phase V have been completed. The investment has obtained a final and binding occupancy permit. The handover of keys to the new owners has begun.

Work on the reinforced concrete structure has been completed. The estate has been connected to the electrical, water, sewage, and gas networks. The exterior walls of the ground floor have been completed.
