A complex of 34 suburban atrium-style houses with floor areas ranging from 80 to 160 m², completed in 2020 and inspired by functionalism and Bauhaus principles. The central element of the design is a green, shared courtyard, which creates a natural space for integration and building neighborly relations. Each house also features a private garden, providing residents with a sense of individuality, comfort, and contact with nature.
